Short answer

Why it matters
Equal-opportunity rules in many countries make age, marital status and photos a legal risk; some ATS engines reject applications carrying them or cannot run blind screening. A full home address is unnecessary personal data.
How to fix it
Remove date of birth, marital status, military service, ID number and photo. Replace the address with "City, Country" — add "(Remote)" if relevant.
Frequently asked questions
Is a photo always a problem?
No. In sector profiles where photos are expected (hospitality, retail) the rule does not treat it as a violation.
