CON-09 — Missing or weak projects section
Short answer
CON-09 checks, in sectors where a portfolio is expected, whether a projects section exists and whether each project carries a verifiable link. If the sector profile sets projectsExpected to false, the rule never runs.

What it checks
- Presence and count of projects
- Technologies named per project
- A clickable GitHub or demo link
Why it matters
For junior candidates the experience section is thin, so projects are the only technical evidence. A project without a link cannot be verified — the reviewer cannot see the code and moves on.
How to fix it
Add 2–3 projects. For each: one line on what it does, the technologies used, and a clickable GitHub plus demo link.
Frequently asked questions
How many projects are enough?
Two or three finished, explainable, linked projects beat ten half-built ones.
